Through a comprehensive BRAND BOOK, we delved into the rich history of Baccarat and its artistic heritage, mapped the competitive landscape, defined the target guest, imagined the look and feel of resort and hotel properties, and detailed the guest experience from signature services to physical amenities. This evolving document now serves as an introduction to the brand concept for creative and financial partners worldwide.
