Organics represent a unique challenge in packaging: there’s a philosophical desire to make a smaller footprint, while the absence of preservatives makes packaging even more necessary. Taking cues from artisinal food packaging, Amala’s signatures are cork (infinitely-renewable), reusable cylinders and identifying seals, all produced in small batches.
